Collaborative research with academia and industry

In silico drug-discovery research outside the mentoring program is something we do together, as a collaboration. Please start with a conversation.

CHALLENGES

Does this sound familiar?

A good fit if you want to work on the research together.

  • I want to narrow candidates computationally before going to the bench.
  • I want to skip as much wet-lab work as I can.
  • No one in the lab owns the computation.
  • I want insight into the current state of in silico drug discovery.

SCOPE

In silico drug discovery as joint research

The topic can be anything.

Our founder has worked across organic synthesis, cell-culture experiments, screening, genomics, transcriptomics and MD simulation — the range of experiments and computation that sit around in silico drug discovery.

HOW WE WORK

How a collaboration proceeds

  1. 1

Share the question and the experiment

Tell us first what experiment you want to do.

  2. 2

    Plan and compute

We share an experimental plan and run the computation.

  3. 3

    Discuss

We discuss the results as we go and decide the direction.

  4. 4

    Publication

We take the work through to a paper.

PARTNERSHIP

About the collaboration

  • We work as research partners.
  • We assume the outcome will be written up as a co-authored paper.
  • Author order follows contribution.
